Seamless Aluminum Base with Cast Aluminum Epoxy Powder Coated Lid: The autoclave is made from a seamless aluminum base with a cast aluminum epoxy powder coated lid. The top-loading design, along with the locking of the lid by 6 nuts with a rubber gasket seal, ensures a bacteria-free environment and secure sterilization.
Optimized Sterilizing Cycle: Designed for a sterilizing cycle of 15 minutes at 121ºC, this optimized cycle time ensures efficient sterilization while maintaining the integrity of the items being sterilized.
Advanced Safety Features: Equipped with a two-stage overpressure protection system, which includes a calibrated continuous bleeding pressure stopcock and a pressure release weight valve, our autoclaves ensure reliable and safe operations during the sterilization process.
Convenient Handling and Control: Featuring heat-resistant handles for safe and comfortable handling, our autoclave also includes a steam release/control valve and a flexible metal exhaust tube for efficient control over the sterilization process.
Precise Monitoring: The integrated color-coded pressure gauge displays internal chamber conditions during the sterilization cycle. The sterilization zone, highlighted in green, indicates a pressure range of 15 psi to 20 psi (1.034 bar to 1.378 bar), equivalent to a temperature range of 121°C to 127°C. The dial, sized at 2.5 inches, displays measurements in kg/cm² and lb/inch², with a full-scale range from 0 to 30 lb/inch² or 0 to 2 kg/cm². A caution zone is marked in red for quick visual reference.
Supplied with Inner and Outer Stand: Our autoclave is supplied with an inner and outer stand, ensuring stability during operation and providing a convenient setup.
Optional Features: Optional features such as a 1-hour rotary timer and a sterilizing drum are available at an additional cost, enhancing the versatility and convenience of the autoclave.
